Fears & Phobia's

Fears and phobias are both characterised by an intense emotional response to a perceived threat or danger, but they differ in their intensity and impact on daily life. Fear is a natural, protective emotion that helps keep us safe by alerting us to potential danger. It is a normal response to a real, immediate threat. Fear triggers the body's fight-or-flight response, preparing us to confront or avoid the threat. Mild fears are common and often fade as we mature. Examples include fear of loud noises, strangers, or separation from
parents in young children.

Black and Yellow Spider

Phobia is an excessive, irrational, and persistent fear of a specific object, activity, or situation that poses little or no actual danger. Phobias tend to have a disabling effect, cause significant distress and interfere with a person's ability to function normally. The response is out of proportion to the
actual threat and often leads to avoidance of the feared object or situation.

We use a full range of NLP and Time Line Therapy® techniques that we can employ to help you deal more effectively with your fear or phobia and help you control and change whatever responses
may need to change.
